Description The Uniform Mediation Act, drafted in collaboration with the ABA's Section on Dispute Resolution, establishes a privilege of confidentiality for mediators and participants. The Act was amended in 2003 to facilitate state adoption of the 2002 UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Conciliation.
