    Dispute Financing Library

    This site serves as a neutral repository for documents and media related to third-party litigation funding. The Library contains statutes, case law, legislative history, agency documents, articles, news stories, videos, and more. Most of the documents are full-text searchable, and many are freely available to download.

    On the site you will a host of information regarding Litigation Financing to include most of the legislation that has been introduced in the states since 2008 and copies of those that have been enacted as well.

    In addition it will allow you to upload copies of papers or additional information that you feel will be of interest to others interested in the subject.
